  • We have come to PIMC for various things. Dental, oral surgery, pediatrics, express care to name a few. I really think some of these people should take a class or two on how to speak to people. Some of these ladies that work at the check-in areas are downright rude. I hate being asked every time I go if I want to apply for AHCCCS. If I qualified for that I wouldn't be coming to the 'hood to receive medical care. Most of the doctors are very thorough and I do not feel rushed. Wait times are not too bad. It is sometimes hard to get it for a same day appt in pediatrics. They have certainly come a long way since the first time we were there but improvements are still needed.
