I use Yelp all the time to find quality establishments. I have only written one review and that was extremely negative. I've yet to write a positive one. It's not that I'm a negative person in any way. I just believe that I have worked hard all my life for the little money that I have and I expect to get a good product in return for it. My mama recently passed away at age 94 (God bless her) and left behind a ton of mostly costume jewelry. I went through it and found a few pieces of real gold with 14k markings on it. I decided to take it to a gold exchange to see if I could make a few bucks to help cover her final expenses. Like I said before I expect a fair deal from those that I do business with, so I did my homework and weighed what I had on a jewelry scale, did the math at today's gold prices and came up with a number that I was hoping to settle for. I searched Yelp for gold traders and decided on this establishment. To condense this review, all of the things that are being said in the other reviews are all absolutely true (except of course for the guy who is mad at the world because he doesn't understand how jewelers test your jewelry to determine the gold content. No, it's not magic water, it's acid homey!) These folks Aaron and Mike are extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and gave me a price higher than I had expected. They also told me to bring all of my mamas costume jewelry in and they would sort through it and let me know if I have anything of value. Take your scrap jewelry to these guys, you won't be disappointed!!
