The upfront experience is horrid--unless one is getting more than a basic they have no use for you and your car takes longer to get into the wash.
My "service writer" today did not even put the correct license plate # on my receipt so I could claim my car and get credit for the visit.
The wait to have one's car actually enter the wash is interminable--there is no 'rush' to get the vacuuming done. Once the car gets to the end the guys working that portion seem to be efficient...but the front end of the process is horrid and needs improvement.
My service writer today was dismissive and surly--guess one must allow oneself to be upsold to get any decent customer service here.
