Dear stressed-out Maid of Honor,
If you're looking for a top-notch, fun, rejuvenating, bonding experience for your bachelorette party - book your appointment now! PFS is perfect for all things bachelorette!
I had a new appreciation for what these ladies do. It's a great workout!
Everyone was really nice and knowledgeable. Our instructor was freaking awesome and a total brick - wait for it - HOUSE! Pole dancing takes an immense amount of strength and endurance, so I was definitely schooled, son!
Going to this studio piqued my interest, and I had half a mind to look up pole dancing studios in LA. Seriously. They have this picture of different poses more experienced dancers are able to do, and I became uber jealous and wanted to learn more!
New years resolution!
Good to know:
There is only one bathroom located inside the studio. Utilize the facilities before you arrive!
Things go a lot faster if you come with:
1.) Your own water (or be prepared to buy some).
2.) Your workout clothes on underneath whatever you are wearing - tell the ladies ahead of time!
3.) Minimal personal items on-hand. There are small cubby holes in the pole room and larger bags can be kept on the floor near the racks, but a lot of "stuff" isn't needed.
4.) Bring high heels/stilettos and a change of regular shoes for afterwards. Where's the fun in trying a pole dance class without experiencing it in sky-high strappy heels???
5.) The class is totally fun - be ready to loosen up!
Also good to know:
I was super hungover by the time the party got to PFS. Luckily the bathroom was really close to the pole I was using - heh heh...
