  • I would recommend you live anywhere else but this complex! The management is the worst I've ever come across. Unresponsive, they repeatedly forget to put in my maintenance work orders, they repeatedly say they will do something and do NOT get it done, and their staff turn-over is very high so none of them know what they're doing. The manager has promised me THREE TIMES to provide me a letter that I need for Cox to fixed my cable but continues to NOT get it to me! I've been waiting over a week - unreal! Their maintenance crew is under-staffed so when you finally do get your work order put into the system (after following up three times!) you wait, and wait for the work to get done. Hate it! When my lease is up I am so out of here!
