rev:text	This was the worst dog grooming experience ever my dog is now traumatized and is afraid of getting groomed thanks to this business! The first time I was lead to believe my dog was in good hands but they cut my poor Maltese's ear to the point that she would yell with fear and pain because she was suffering. I was NEVER told of this incident most of the time if the dog is moving or not cooperating the groomer will tell you of the accident which had occurred but I was lead to believe all was good and dandy. I was wrong. Then I thought to myself, perhaps it's a one time thing and sometimes with many dogs it's easily overlooked but this is not the case. I gave this business the benefit of the doubt, and took my dog back after two years. The experience was even WORSE! My dogs nails were clipped so close to the flesh there was blood everywhere and she was limping in pain! I will NEVER return to this place until they find real professionals who know what they are doing and who ACTUALLY care about my pets well being!
