  • Horrible staff, very snobby and unprofessional. I was under the impression I had to pay the $200.00 holding fee to see the studio apt and decide whether I wanted to move in or was approved. I was told I can see the studio on the 9th of December 2016 and was then told it was not ready. They then called and told me it would be ready on the 15th which was the move in date. I found this to be very odd since I payed a 200.00 fee and still haven't seen the apt. I finally saw the studio and was not at all impressed. I felt suffocated in the tiny room and couldn't believe they wanted $700 dollars a month for something so small. When I explained I wanted my $200 dollars back they said I had signed the contract and was unable to get my money back. I still have not seen the apt up until the move in date and now they want to keep my 200.00 dollars? for what? I had to call management and they finally gave me an address to pick up my money. It was a ridiculous situation and it could have all been avoided had they held their side of the agreement. Also they did not explain that I couldn't get a refund of my 200.00 dollars after 24 hours. They eventually told me this three days later over the phone. I was not happy with the staff and was not happy with the room it had chipped and scratched table surfaces as well as cabinets the beds were disgusting and the neighbors were sketchy. I would not give this place any stars but seeing how I have to for posting that's the only reason.
