I rolled up right before closing, with a broken pool sweeper dealie. Rather than groaning or sending me away, I was greeted warmly, and before I could blink, the young man at the counter had taken apart my broken thingamajig -that we shall heretofore refer to as R2-D2 - and found the problem. The young lady quoted me a fantastically reasonable price, and then he replaced the part and reassembled R2-D2, for free. I spent a whopping seven minutes in the store, and $21 to bring R2-D2 back from the dead. Super pleased. I wrote their names down, Tyler and Cindy. Clearly happy and knowledgeable (a major win for whoever runs that store).
