  • Very Disappointed!! I had VSG surgery a couple years ago in the Chicagoland area and moved to Arizona last year. Wanting to continue my progress and follow-up care, I tried joining the WLI of Arizona just to find out that I would need to pay an upfront $500 fee to join their clinic. My insurance does allow for after-care with bariatric surgery and I can't believe that I would have to pay $500 upfront to establish care.... Are you kidding me?!?! I really just wanted to join a group with similar bariatric issues for support and to continue my progress and stay healthy from my surgery. After viewing their commercial, I was really looking forward to partnering up with WLI of Arizona however I guess I will look into another program and facility that will be affordable. SAD :(
