  • Don't use these guys! Terrible company! I had them managing a rental property for the last 4 years. 2 years ago I was reviewing the Management Agreement and saw an Early Termination fee of 3 months management fee equivalent and I told them I wouldn't renew with that in the contract. So, they agreed to take it out in the event I sold my property. So, this year I sold my property in August and they insisted on charging me the early termination! They told me that that deal was only good for 1 year and that since the Management Agreement renewed in May. BTW, the Management Agreement states that if a new Agreement isn't signed, the old Agreement renews for the new term in its entirety. The other thing they did, when the tenant moved out, they refused to do the final inspection. So the tenant moved out on the 1st and the term date of the agreement we had agreed to was the 10th. You would think they would still be responsible, but they said they wouldn't. I had to get another realtor to do the walkthrough and inspection for me since I'm out of state. I offered to let them sell the house, but again they were inflexible. I asked that they change the term of the listing agreement from 6 months to 90 days and they said no. So, I was forced to find someone else to list the property. When I spoke to the tenant, he told me RPM was terrible. That they would call with issues and were basically ignored. It feels like they don't want your business, but they just want your money and they aren't willing to expend any effort to try to win your business or make you happy once they have your money.
