  • Well at first I have to say when you walk in the lady's there were very nice and not pushy at all, we went back to upgrade my bridal set and since my husband bought my original set here 7 years ago. The process of picking out a ring was super easy and such a fun experience the best part was that they gave us back what he paid on the first ring(talk about a perk). I picked out my set and was ready to pick up the next day after the jeweler sized it, however that day we got a call that there was a problem with my setting and it wasn't going to be ready for a month since they had to special order it. I was so devastated that I was ready to refund everything, but the two ladies there reached out to me and my husband and put together another set that was higher price and they were willing to comp the difference for our inconvenience. When we picked up I was so worried that I wasn't going to like the set but I fell in love with it, I actually decided to keep it other then my org set. I want to thank Cynthia and the other ladies there for making this turn into a great outcome, and I love all the compliments I get on my new bridal set. Thank you we will be back for our future purchases
