  • This company was successful both times I had them come out to fix a problem I was having with my washing machine. --Communication-- Great! Called and phone is answered right away. No voice mail jail. Service rep was able to get me an appointment for later in the afternoon and the last visit within a day. Carl as the service tech who came out last year to fix my washer. He actually showed up earlier than the time frame given since I was the first call that morning. He asked me several questions and took a look at my washer. Determined what was wrong. Cost of labor and parts was reasonable. No charge on estimate since I was going to use them to repair washer. The part needed was already in stock in their company van, so our technician got to work right away and in 45 minutes I had a working washing machine. Fast forward almost two years later I used Appliance Repair Experts again. Ended up it would cost me more $$ to fix. I appreciated our service techs honesty and advice when he suggested we were better off buying a new washer since it was Labor Day weekend and they had great sales. Good point!! --TIP-- Take advantage of Yelp deal! $20 off any repair ..Just make sure you have the Yelp app installed on your smartphone so you can check in to get the deal. I wont hesitate to call these guys again since they were reliable, respectful and price reasonable on both service calls.
