  • I am not a buyer, but a seller. I have told our agent NOT to accept further appointments with anyone associated with Redfin unless a phone call is made and they MUST call 15 min prior to arrival. Preparing a house for a showing is stressful, especially with pets. I have had Redfin agents make showing appointments and not show up, cancel and asks to reschedule and still not show. Everyone's time is valuable- but apparently Redfin believes only their time is worth something. Unprofessional at best.
