  • All Mobile Matters was the only business that responded in a professional manner to my email when I was looking for a place that would fix the charging port on my phone. The N. Mesa location was not convenient, but because of their response I only wanted to deal with them. I showed up early to my appointment and it seemed like they had a lot going on, but they attended to me quickly. I was told it would either take up to an hour for the repair or 3-5 days if they needed to order a part. I asked if they'd be willing to mail my phone back to me and they seemed willing to accommodate (I offered to pay for postage). They said they'd have an answer for me in 10 minutes. 10 minutes later my phone was fixed. They honored the price they quoted me (which was less than what it states on their website) and I'm a VERY happy customer and glad I went with them. These guys are pros.
