  • We bought an Aston Martin DB9 from Porsche Center Oakville. I was very Disappointed with making the purchase. The car was not running properly and we where advised that the car will be free of any problems. To be specific the whole car was shacking as I started the engine when I was picking up the car. I also encountered this problem when I test drove the car before making the purchase. I was told by Nik (salesperson) that Porsche will fix the problems with the car. He said that "Porsche is a reputable company" and that "you wont get ripped off". I took my own scanner, when I scanned the car 13 codes where showing and Porsche knew about it. Nik told us to take the car to Grand Touring in Toronto and they will fix the car. Pat is the manager at Porsche he told us not to go to grand touring. Pat told us to take the car back to the guy Porsche bought the car from. So we took the car to the shop where Porsche bought the car from. We delivered the car there and we where told the next day that the car was ready to be picked up. When we picked up the car there was no codes showing but as we where driving the engine light and the codes came back on. we where told that 3 coils where changed. We told Nik what had happened and he said bring back the car to Porsche and they will fix it. We took back the car they worked on it and Porsche changed 6 coils. We picked up the car later that week and on our drive back, again the engine light came on and the car started to shake. I than turned around took back the car to Porsche and dropped it off and told them I need it fixed. I got an email from Nik later that day saying his manager Pat told him that he is not fixing the car and he asked us to pick up the car. In conclusion, I got ripped off by Porsche Oakville. I ended up paying from my pocket to get the problems fixed which where suppose to be fixed as a part of the deal. I fixed the problems which where: - The rest of the coils - spark plugs - Cats where clogged so I had to get new cats - 02 Sensors I don't recommend dealing with Porsche Oakville unless you know what your getting yourself into.
