  • The whole point of offering living social or groupon deals is to gain new customers, right? I bought the deal and called a month in advance of its expiration seeking to make an appointment. No call back. Called again and this time there was a message saying they wouldn't take any appointments until a date after my vouchers expiration. HUH? I left another message asking for either an extension or a refund. Still have not heard from them over a week later. Lousy service. Don't go here!!
