  • I very much like this company's approach to customer service. We called Sub Zero Repair to work on our 1990 model refrigerator. This thing has been a solid work horse since Twin Peaks was on the air! Of course the new stuff isn't nearly as reliable, but Tim was able to come out and deftly explain all of our options to us. We were able to rebuild certain key parts of the freezer system with reasonably priced analog sub zero parts while maintaining the bulk of the still running original system. Really a positive experience with people who know their craft.
