  • My experience with Tempe Honda was amazing. I visited Tempe Honda the first time I wanted to test drive a HR-V and Dru was extremely helpful and put no pressure on me to buy on that first day. I was confident after that first experience that, if I chose to go with a Honda, this was the dealership I'd like to do business with. After visiting a few other dealerships to look at numbers and see offers (some of which were absolutely ridiculous for a HR-V LX 2WD), I decided to wait until I returned to Tempe Honda. I gave Dru a call and he made time for me that evening, same-day. At this point, I had done a lot of research on pricing and financing for this vehicle, and the first price he gave me was almost spot-on my budget. Even after presenting a great deal, he and the manager were willing to work with me to get my payments to a place I was comfortable with. After having such mixed experiences throughout the Phoenix valley, I was so relieved that this was going to be a genuinely hassle-free deal. Everyone at Tempe Honda was great to work with -- I had a blast the whole time (everyone laughed at my best friend's and my dumb jokes, so that was nice) and the process was quick and painless; I didn't feel any of the anxiousness or stress that I had felt elsewhere. P.S. I'm a young, female, first time buyer and I definitely recognized instances where people tried to take advantage of my age, demographic, and "inexperience", but not here.
