What else can I say that hasn't already been said by you other crazy Yelpers? This place is a hidden gem! I talked with Mo for a while about how they don't advertise very much because they get so many customers word-of-mouth and I can definitely see why! This place is stellar everything about it, the fish is so fresh definitely one of my top spots now! I traveled all the way from the west side to try it and I'm so glad I did. I had two quail egg shooters which were so tasty and just the right amount of ponzu and roe. Next I had the tako sashimi- it was cut perfectly and there was not a piece that was too chewy! I also got the monkfish liver pate and I think I need about 5 more orders STAT! Next up was the deliciously fatty toro hand roll. The rice in this was perfect and really accentuated the great taste of the fish. And last but not least, I had Mo make me a surprise! He gave me a salmon skin roll with salmon roe on top. It was soooooo good! The dry, chewiness of the skin paired perfectly with the popped salmon roe. Cannot wait to come back with a friend for some Omakase dishes!
