  • I recently got locked out of my phone so I went to Apple to get help and they were just turning my phone off and on providing no help. I came to the store and Tim helped me out. He made me laugh after I was in a bad mood after spending two days in the Apple store and Tim got my phone disabled in two hours after finding my proof of purchase of my phone and helped me to call customer care to talk to them and figure out where we go from here. I am so happy with my service. We ended up talking about the movie that was on the screen and he helped me signed up for Direct TV, too. I will only come to this location from now on!!
