  • Just want to say what a wonderful experience my last service visit was, thanks to Don. I found out the warranty had expired on my car and I had several small things that would fall under my warranty had it been active. He was very helpful and kept calm while i began to rant. I didn't realize that although my car had low miles it had expired. Don helped get all 3 things taken care of and at no cost to me. He also gave me a discount on my oil change! I left feeling like I was treated right! Thank you Don and thank you Jaguar of Scottsdale for being fair to me and giving me a much needed break! ! I will happily be a returning customer!
