Not satisfied with the service. I've bought 2 microneedling sessions from groupon. I came early to my appointment and filled out paperwork. Then they called me in to see, Chris. He said the esthetician will be coming around noon and if I can come back to get my microneedling done. I thought it was wrong for them to do that to me after I signed off on the paperwork that says I have to give 24 notice to cancel my appointment. They should do the same. If there's any changes they should give the client 24 notice or a refund. That happened a few weeks ago.
Today...they didn't have the needles in stock. Chris apologize and told me it was scheduled for delivery last week on Friday. They failed to contact me and let me know. I took the day off for this appointment and they screwed me again. It's not fair to do this to me twice. You get what you paid for on groupon, I guess...
