Stay far far away from the service center at this dealership.
In the past year and a half I have been here 3 times and have left completely unsatisfied and down right angry every time and end up leaving without my problems solved.
I brought my car in to the service center for a noise in my car, and I met with an Ian Andrews to describe my problems and have the technicians look at my car. They had my vehicle for about a week before they called me to tell me that I needed a new battery and that there was something loose dangling in my car that hey fixed and that would "fix" the noise issue I was having. I was skeptical but decided to go ahead considering the battery was getting old anyway, for the inspection and the battery I paid $315. When I picked up the car the car was still making the same noise.
I called Ian Edwards back and brought the car back in to be looked at again. This time, another week later, I get a call from Ian Edwards at 7:00 am on a Saturday that the reason my car was making noise was because my rear left tire was bald. My rear left tire, in a front wheel drive car was supposedly making a noise in the front left area of the engine bay. Not only does he have the balls to wake me up and lie to me, but he thinks I'm stupid too.
If a mechanic cannot Find the issue that's fine, but to lie to me multiple times and charge me money for it is wrong. I will never be back at this dealership ever again.
I even called the service manager after all of this to discuss what had happened and even he said what I was told sounds like bullshit.
I spent 315 bucks and netted a battery, stay far far away folks.
