My experience with ADFT and Rick was short lived. it started after I signed up but was unable to pay for the class due to issues with ADFT web site. I called the next day and Rick answered the phone and I explained the issue. he began to get irate telling me I did something wrong. As I continued to try to explain the issue I encountered with his web site he got more and more irate. I then hung up and decided to find another class after work. A few hours later I received a call from Rick and he said he agreed that his web site had an issue and he would allow me to bring a check to the class. I thanked him for calling me back, told him that my intention was to find another class, Rick asked me to reconsider, so I did. I arrived to the class this morning filled out the finger print card , waited as he belittled several other class mates. he explained to about every other student that they needed to relax, that he would go through the motions but DPS would reject their prints. he also explained that 25% of these are rejected and the student would need to pay an additional fee. from what I could tell RICK is the reason that 25% are rejected. when it was my turn he kept telling me to relax, he said you need to relax several times. I was relaxed. I looked him in the eyes and said you have a terribly bed side manner. he said how else should I be . I said you don't need to be a DICK to your students. I thanked him for allowing me to tell him to his face what I thought of him, and i wont go into the details or use the exact words, but he knows what i think of him ..... He stated he would call his buddies and let them know I will be looking for another class, and for them to not sign me up. You are not the only show in town and I will find another class.so glad I had an issue with payment, i walked out with my check in hand.
