  • Internet is very spotty. No cell service in the apartments. Took a month to get my shower fixed as it was unusable (see photo). The package room is inaccessible most of the time and there is no real action on management's part to fix it. Normally a code gets texted or emailed to you to allow you access but the codes have stopped being sent and the access screen at the door says "no network". This has been an issue for at least a month. They essentially hold your packages hostage unless you are home during business hours (I assume most people have jobs) to have them let you in. The door at the end of our hallway which provides exterior access has been broken for months which completely overrides any means of security. This is a non-smoking property yet the floors above me constantly flick their cigarettes down onto my first floor patio with no repercussion. Last night a fight broke out in our hallway at 3am and lights on the wall were smashed with broken glass strewn across the hallway. Something I'm sure won't be addressed with the tenants. This place has essentially turned into a dorm. The only reason it gets two stars is because heather at least makes an effort. The rest of the staff is incredibly rude. Not worth the money. I will be giving my notice of non-renewal the day that window opens because there is zero chance I am staying here past this lease.
