  • I hope that Paul will receive some coaching when it comes to management of his people and management of his stress level when it's busy and there are guests around. He made it apparent that he was more worried about profit and his bottom line than the care of the customers in line. It's not about quantity, but about quality. And I know that when discount tire takes care of my business, I get quality. Unfortunately, this store manager does not reflect that.
