  • I had a massage here a few months ago for some muscle tightness in my back. Terrible experience. The massage itself seemed ok but I woke up the next morning with my right arm and hand numb. I called body and soul and was told that this is completely normal and it would get better. Obviously my arm being numb was not normal. I ended up at a walk in clinic where I was told I now had a pinched nerve in my neck. Months of therapy later, things are almost better. One of my fingers is still numb but the rest has mostly come back. I understand that this is a one in a million fluke that can happen... I am more concerned with the terrible customer service after the fact.
