  • Whoa... I totally didn't expect to find this place on The Strip: -grassfed burgers -the option of a (delicious!) gluten-free bun -a wide variety of ciders (and good ones too--not the syrupy sweet ones) -friendly, down-to-earth servers After a week of the bright lights, I was getting a little tired of all the glamour, mediocre food choices, and everyone's lack of understanding about FRACKING GLUTEN. And then Holsteins came into my life. Sure, there might be a flashier burger spot from a celebrity chef who likes to scream a lot, but Holsteins is just what this Ohio boy needed. The prices are a bit high, but they're pretty much on point with similar high-quality burger spots. So if you're looking for a cheap meal (why are you in LV?), don't come to Holsteins. As for me, I'll definitely be back here next time I'm in town!
