  • Update to below review: Cameron very quickly reached out to us after this review and rectified the problem. It seems as of now everything should be smooth sailing with Green Mango so I truly hope the change stays! Based on Cameron's quick response and willingness to help, in updating the previous one star to a 4 star. I'm sad to say that as Green Mango has grown their customer service has significantly declined. We've been promised Saturday appointments only and yet every time they schedule on a different day and we have to call to remind them of the Saturday only request. They rarely return calls promptly like they once did. We've been a loyal customer for about 5 years and we are planning on finding a new pest control company. They'll lose a lot of business as we used to highly recommend them to someone about once a week. Now we don't.
