| - If I could give them 0 stars I would. We arrived at 3:45 for a 4:00 check in and waited until 5:15 to finally receive the keys to the room. Because we had to wait so long for the keys, the staff, very reluctantly, gave us a room upgrade and credit to the restaurants, without us asking or getting upset over the wait. We thought this was great until we realized we were being closely monitored. My boyfriend and I, who are only a few months away from turning 21, had multiple disturbances from STAFF. They came knocking on our door to collect their unopened alcohol bottles from the fridge, because they were so unorganized and unprofessional that they forgot to take any of it out of our room before they gave us the keys. About 2 hours later, we had a banging at the door. There were 3 police officers and 2 staff members at our door. My boyfriend and I had just finished our room service and were watching a movie when they came banging on the door. We weren't being noisy. We weren't being disruptive. We were both completely sober. We were trying to enjoy what we paid for when we got kicked out, after only 4 hours of having the room, because the staff member who collected the hotel's unopened alcohol bottles claimed that he found a single, unopened beer bottle. No one asked to see our IDs. We were NOT breathalyzed. We were both sober. On our way out the door, the POLICEMEN both APOLOGIZED because they didn't see any reason for us to be kicked out but the hotel employee was adamant on it. I can't believe how horrendous the staff is. It's insane to think that this establishment still gets business, considering the fact that they would rather choose the easier option than help a customer. We didn't get a refund either. All in all a piece of absolute shit. I would rather get a javelin shoved up my ass than ever be forced to stay at a Hilton ever again. Absolute trash!
