  • Honestly I don't even know where to start this place has been the worst experience I've ever had with a mechanic shop. So I went in for an alignment on my car and Danny was the one who was helping me at the shop and he mentioned that my car needed a bearing because it was making a weird swoosh noise so I told him I'll be back to fix it. So two weeks or so passed and I took it to the shop and Danny told me it would be ready by that night so I was fine with it but then something happened and I didn't get my car until 5 days later. So he explained to me that it wasn't the bearing that it was the breaks and disks( btw he never asked me if I was okay with it being replaced) eventually I ended up going to pick it up 5 days later and literally 3 hours later I was on the freeway and one of my breaks popped of and I had to get off and point being is that I ended up messing up the disk from trying to break to a safe stop. So I called him right away and he told me he was going to call a tow truck to pick it up and the guy was having a fit about it so that was making me more angry. So eventually the tow guy came and picked it up a day later and took it to the shop and they were able to fix the brakes and disks but when I went to go pick it up, Danny told me that someone went into my car and stole my stereo.I was really pissed at this point but he said he will replace it with the same one I had but I have been trying to reach him and he has not been responding. This place has been a living nightmare. I only came to this place because I was told it was a great mechanic shop to go to but obviously it's been the opposite of that. I would rate this place zero stars if I can.
