  • Excited to try Mindful on National IPA day yet! I love the architecture of the building from the outside. Definitely modern and so fresh. Plenty of parking in the front lot. Inside - modern and industrial. The service at the bar is great. All of our questions were answered.. loved to sample. Sampling was $2.00 -$2.50 - pretty much average pricing with most brew houses. I liked that there was a nice selection of beer - not just from Mindful but other brew house establishments. Ok now onto the food..Jerk chicken wings... very tasty and cooked to perfection. They are the whole wings too. Buffalo chicken pizza: Very good - like gourmet pizza.. goes to show you ..if its done right - no need to overload with ingredients - it can still be delicious! Service in the dining room was also great. I found the tables to be a little small for a party of 4 - it was a bit crowded. There are more tables than booths.. but a few larger size booths were nestled in the back of the dining room. Upstairs: Another bar (smaller in size) and more dining tables- just a few. There is also an outside patio area with trendy white stools and stairs that lead right down to the parking lot - so no need to venture through the restaurant to leave. The atmosphere was pleasant and it was a nice visit. The prices are slightly average but worth it. At Mindful .. you get what you pay for.
