With my reviews of wet in wild I posted on here as well as to their corporate office on facebook, the very next morning I got an email from a big wigg named Lee. (I don't remember his exact title). After he expressed genuine concern over what had happened to my daughter and our whole experience, he issued me a complete refund of our ticket prices and said we never should've been treated like that.
A check came in the mail two weeks after talking to him for the amount.
Thank you Mr. Lee for your wonderful customer service and your attentiveness in getting this matter resolved.
I do believe though, your staff at the water park needs training on handling sensitive situations alot better.
