  • I have been with them for. 7 years.my dog bites due to infection in his ears ,he is under medication and it keeps coming back.i choose professionals to groom him for a reason and this was the place where.they cut my dogs ear and never admitted it instead they argued to defend themselves and getting owner involved will not help too.they are a team.if things go well this is a good place but once things go south you will know the real side . Please be CAUTIOUS and check your dogs when you pick them . After this incident I will not go to this place.it is not like incident won't happen but how they handle it matters.
