First time using the device department yesterday and it was not a good experience. I've used the quick service before which is awesome but I needed my AC looked at. Fist the lady who scheduled me scheduled it wrong so I wasn't on the regular service list for the day. Thus, I had to leave my car there all day. First they almost didn't do an oil change as they were only focused on my AC. Second josh never called me all day to give me an update. I called him at 3, he said my car should be done soon and he'd call me back...No call. When I show up to get my car there is no one around. Josh had apparently left for the day and no one else felt like helping me. Sat there 10 min until the shop manager Jose finally saw me and came to help. He was great. However my keys were just thrown in some random drawer that took a while to find and when my car pulls up, they never even bothered to wash it. They had it 9 hours! Awful and annoying! Bad first impression.
