| - I have taken a large group of students (between 18-20) to Coco Cafe once every year for three years now. I am always so impressed by how Carrie (I hope I spelled it right) and the team are able to accommodate us, from the reservation process to time changes, to giving my kids foodie culture with their excellent and varied dishes.
On this most recent visit, I ordered the shredded kale salad with local chicken, cranberries, pepitas, apple, and pomegranate dressing AND PICKLED GINGER! What? I need to remember that I love pickled ginger, and why shouldn't it go on a salad?! It was delicious! There was also a hint of cinnamon that I couldn't place. It could have been the dressing, but my memory made it taste like it was on the apples, sort of like apples that were just tossed and ready to go in a pie. Yum!
The coffee was fresh and roasty. I would have tried the chocolate donut holes with sea salted caramel, but a girl's gotta watch.
Bravo, AGAIN, Coco Cafe!
