  • I called this location at 3pm asking if they could get me in for a wheel alignment. The guy that answered the phone assured me if I arrived by 5pm I could. I arrived at 430 and let the woman know at the front desk that I called ahead. She was unfriendly and let me know she was short staffed and could not do it. Wasted trip, terrible customer service.
