  • I had my bridal appointment at Schaffer's today and my consultant was Kacey. My overall experience was very wonderful. I have absolutely no complaints. Kacey is very knowledgable and picked out gowns that looked great on me especially when I really didn't know where to begin and was not looking forward to trying on dresses. The quality of dresses here are obviously better than chain stores. I felt like my time was appreciated and valued. I tried on five dresses and it was a tough choice but ended up purchasing my dress today! I couldn't be happier! Thank you Kayce and Schaffer's for making my experience lovely!
