  • I'm fortunate to have racked up some miles with American. The ticket and gate agents are always polite and friendly at cle hopkins - nice :) Flying with them, t's mostly a good experience, on a good day, hopefully getting lucky and sitting next to someone under 200 lbs, prefferably a woman .... always nice again (they tend to share the arm rest and not sit on you.) Maybe getting the occasional bump up to first class .... ahhh. I prefer to fly with them over most other airlines. Other than that, flying is ... what it is. Thumbs up AA!
