  • Constantly have to call to fix their mistakes w/ my auto pay billing - they actually call it "easy pay" what a Frickin' joke !!! I never post bad reviews but I just can't stand it anymore !!!!!! Just wasted another hour talking to a chat window, 3 different people and an automated system - not even the "supervisor" could figure it out !!!! Does anyone know of another service in the Tempe area besides Cox ?!?!?!?!? Help !!!
