  • Disappointed with the lack of customer service. We had a mice problem that this company could not terminate. They charged us the remaining balance of our quarterly payments and told us there was nothing they can do. I can't believe i still had to pay my balance for a job this company couldn't handle. We took our business elsewhere and the mice problem was gone immediately. If you're looking for a pest company, avoid them.
