  • Customer service is seriously lacking in this hotel. Not just apathetic, but rude and hostile. Is it because we're Gay? I was a little surprised, since it is new and tied to Caesar's. Then they (Victor) stuck us in a room that is right by a dance club. We'll never stay here again. There are plenty of choices in Vegas and I recommend almost any other hotel.
