  • My experience has always been pleasurable at Pawtique. All of the staff, including the owner, has always made me feel welcome. They carry premium foods that I prefer to feed my dog. Because my dog loses interest in food every few weeks, I quite often switch up what we feed her. (no worries, her stomach handles it well). The Pawtique staff is always very knowledgeable and answers all my questions with a smile. I have made returns without a bit of hassle. I have never encountered the rude employees mentioned in other reviews here. Give this store a try. We need more businesses like Pawtique in Charlotte. By the way, I am just a happy customer and have no other association to anyone at Pawtique. I just want to make sure we keep my favorite pet store in business.
