  • I brought in a kimono which is all rectangles, no curves and a breeze to run through a mangle. I told the man who collected the item that it is made of 100% silk. I asked him how much it would cost to clean. He went into the building to double check, came back out and told me $14.00. When I went back today, I was charged $15.40 and was told it was because of the type of fabric. Remember, I told him the fabric content and there was nothing unusual about this silk! This is a really BAD way to do business. Once you give a customer a considered price, don't change it. It is especially offensive to be given a BS excuse for the increased price. I won't be going back.
