  • Booo! Arrived at 5:30, ordered food at 5:45 as it took 10 minutes to get drinks..and it's now 7p with no food. One person in our party got a refund, the rest of us are headed in the same direction. They have a wedding going on on one side and a bar Mitzvah on the other and the rest of us are just sort of in the middle looking for a spot to sit. We have music and announcements coming from both sides which is distracting. Just too much happening at one time so maybe one event at a time? Anyway, the place is packed so you would think they'd have more staff but not the case. The ordering process needs serious improvement as you just stand in front of a small station for food or another one for drinks. Maybe it wouldn't be an issue if there weren't so many people and there was room for a line. Not the case so people are sort or piled in and the girl taking the orders doesn't know who supposed to be next. What a cluster f*#*! While the drinks are great, again, the ordering process needs improvement. So some food arrived before all was canceled. Sliders pretty good as was the cheese dip. Guess we'll have to try this place again....and hope for a better experience.
