After years of hearing about this place, we went for the first time this morning. I had the "Ultimate Herb Nelson" with white toast. Wife had eggs, bacon, home fries and a bagel.
Everything was cooked as we asked. Service was extremely friendly. Coffee was excellent. We arrived at 7:30am and were able to find a seat right away.
The wife and I are diners. We eat our meal and leave. If your looking for a place to be able to take an hour or two to eat your breakfast, Jim's is not for you.
Seating is very limited and you will get the "stink" eye from people waiting for tables if they believe you are taking too long.
We definitely will become "regulars".
