  • I had carpet monkeys come to my newly purchased condo to clean the air ducts and stretch the carpet. The carpet in this particular condo is VERY old and hadn't been used in a long time. It looked like a mess, but I was told it would stretch out. The service was fast and friendly. There was a problem tho, the carpet was stubborn. The creases that had built up, refused to disappear completely. I was not thrilled initially, but I had sent the owner an email through their website with my concerns. He phoned me back within 10min. On a Saturday night.l at 10pm. Wow! What great service. Speaking to him, he assured me that he stood by his service and would do whatever it took to fix any problems! Just the best service ever! Who makes a business call at 10pm on a Saturday for a small carpet stretching job? After speaking with him, we figured out that because the heat wasn't on in the condo yet and the carpet was still damp after a day due to that fact, the carpet would likely improve once the heat was on and it had had a chance to dry. He was right. The carpet looked much better after that had happened. What great service! Super happy with them! Would recommend to everyone.
