  • BEWARE! They showed me a car that was extremely dirty. I didn't think much of it until the deal was done and I realized there was undisclosed water damage and a potential electrical problem. I brought the car back and asked to have the sale cancelled. The response I received was that because Arizona has no laws requiring a return period, they were not going to cancel the deal, and tough luck. They told me I could then trade in the car for another on the lot, so I started looking. After spending 5 hours at the dealership, they tried to take the car I had just purchased and give me a low-ball trade-in offer nowhere near the price they even offered it up at to begin with. STAY AWAY! The fact that car was so disgusting and uncleaned inside should have been a huge red flag!
