  • I was excited to try this place out. Since I'm from Los Angeles, I'm used to tons of mega beauty supply locations. I'm about 20 mins from this beauty supply so I was hoping it'd be worth the drive. However, I was greatly disappointed. I didn't have a problem with the location. Not much surrounding it but, it wasn't a big deal to me. When I walked in, there were 3 people behind the counter. Not one of them greeted me. Strike one. As I walked around only one employee nicely said hello to me & asked how I was. She could barely speak English. Everybody else just walked by. I come from customer service. You're never too busy to tend to a paying customer. I really just came to purchase a nice wig. They have a huge hair & wig selection but all of their displays are so unappealing, dusty, dry & crusty. The shelves are half full & it's so hard to see a wig. You have to flag ppl down who act like they're too good or too scared to help you. Irritating. After a while of being frustrated, I said F it and just left. Of course as I was leaving, the employees were in the front talking, watching me leave without saying a word. I won't be returning. What a waste of some gas money. Might as well go down the street to Sally's.
