  • The tile made it a day before the reschedule date and that was nice. In the beginning I was a bit disappointed but I understand that unexpected situations occur. The owner called me personally and apologized for the inconvenience; in turn I was very grateful. The customer service and prices of this places remained above and beyond their competitors and I am very happy with my decision to purchase from Pacific West Flooring. They will be the first company I think of when it comes time to do the floors in my new home.
